Kelman Drummond. Mr. A.P. Morrison of this office recently visited South Africa, and in company with Dr. Kelman Drummond called upon Dr. Eagle, Acting Secretary of the Department of Health in Pretoria. I think the position can best be summed up by saying that no objections were raised and no difficulties are foreseen. No doubt 370U will take such action as you consider necessary in regard to informing Standard Vacuum of the position. 'We have had no direct contact with their New York office in this matter, although, of course, Mr. Morrison saw their people in Durban during his recent visit. Sincearily, Dr. E.A.
