We understand that the first set of slides (Exhibit 1) was used by DuPont in conjunction with a public media presentation to explain the preliminary results and that the second set of slides (Exhibit 2) was used by DuPont in conjunction with a meeting with USEPA the same week to explain the preliminary results.
