It Is true that there la hope for ailicotlca although this is confined largely to preventing further development and does not necessarily mean that established disease can be cured. In some oases there has been a relief of symptoms. One cannot anticipate v-hat the results of treating established silloosls may be in any particular case as all do not respond equally well. Before encouraging you to send your husband up here for a study I would suggest that you ask Dr. Skavlem to send me his films and any information that he may think desirable. We oould then decide whether It would seen reasonable to hope that we night do anything for him. I don't want to discourage you but I should state that the most that we oould promise you would be to prevent further progression of his duet reaction.
