The meeting will be held on June 27-28 at the Lake Charles Hilton. Rooms will be reserved in your name. The room list is attached. Please let me know if there are additions or changes. Please note the following:
1. There will be a continental breakfast the first morning at 7:00 a.m.
2. Lunches will be similar to last year. We'll go through the buffet line and eat in a separate room.
3. There will be a cocktail party Wednesday evening. No group dinner is planned.
4. Room rate is $49.00.
5. The meeting room is Suite L26.
A final agenda with comments is attached. Please review the enclosed material and be prepared for discussions as indicated.
