For now, I need your preferred name and title, the title of your Keynote, and your mailing address so that we can get you officially registered for the conference. Also, please let me know if you have any special requirements for your Keynote. We will provide the standard set for audiovisuals which is an LCD projector, laptop computer, screen, laser pointer, and microphone. You are scheduled to present on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 8:30 am - 9:00 am. There will be a Presenters' Meeting at 7:30 am on the day of your involvement. The format of the program is discussed at this time. The Presenters' Meeting is also a good time to load your presentation in the session room and check your audiovisuals. If you'd like to take a look at the preliminary program for the conference, it can be found on our website at https://www.awma.org/climatechange. We will add your Keynote information to the conference website asap and to the final program, which will be released to the public on September 29th.
