Phase IV area is more straightforward than the Bldg. 103 area. 2. Priority of work should be done in a way to give us an equipment system one at a time. The following basic guideline should be used. Phase IV Bldg. 103 1st SS/EB's 1st SS/EB's 2nd Utility Supplies 2nd Utility Supplies 3rd #7 Rx, IX 3rd #3 Polymer 4th I sop Recovery 4th #1 Flex and #5 IX 5th #8 Rx, IX 5th #2 Polymer 6th #9 Rx, IX 6th #3 Flex and #1 IX n7th Flex and #2 IX 8th Butyl Chloride 3.
