This is to deaden sound caused by air passing thru pipe at high speed.' I an also enclosing prints of our drawings EP 7932 and EP 7970 showing insulation on a`four section cottrell treater being built at this plant. The drawings give the specifications for this work. Please favor us with quotations cn these two Jobs separately. The blower installation should be ready about December 1st and Cottrell Job about January 1st. I am enclosing a copy of our standard contract form. If you are successful bidder you will be expected to sign a contract with the Com pany on this basis.
