Good morning Mr. Affolter and Ms. Hebert,
Sierra Club v. Dept of Energy, 4:25-cv-5027

I am reaching out on behalf of a Wyoming colleague Tyler Lindholm (cc'd) for possible assistance on scheduling a briefing with the Secretary (or appropriate level) and Basin Electric Cooperative in the next six weeks.
There is a location in Wyoming which is well positioned to construct a new coal fired power plant next to an existing plant. With the recent comments on coal generation and mining in the news, it may present an opportunity for engaging in support of a "shovel ready" type of project.
Basin Electric's Dry Fork Station is the last (came online in 2011) and the newest coal fired power plant in Wyoming. It is also home to the Wyoming Integrated Test Center.

By way of introduction, Tyler Lindholm worked on the construction of the plant and is a former state legislator/Chairman of Wyoming House Corporations Committee. He has been in discussions with the executive leadership of Basin Electric Cooperative who owns the Dry Fork Station. I don't work for either company, but previously served as the Executive Director of the Wyoming Mining Association.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Jonathan Downing
