Therefore this letter is to authorize you to provide as outlined in your letter of Jan 11, 1977 at a cost of $4,957. The Dow Chemical Company`will assume responsibility for this amount if for some very unexpected reason the MCA sponsors do not support the work. I regret this delay which has resulted from failure of sponsoring companies to act promptly and from a change in committee responsibility in MCA.
