Marty,
Confirming our phone conversation, I've reviewed SB 302, which provdes for annexation of property. While my reaction is that the procedure proposed in this legislation is better than the current practice in Alabama, I see no need for Monsanto to take a position, since our plant at Anniston was annexed under a bill that passed on the last day of the session last year. This is no longer an issue for us.
