We secured this copy of the Summons & Complaint directly from the court. These Suit Papers have not been served on Liberty Mutual Insurance Company up to this time. We have no knowledge that the Summons & Complaint has been served on any defendant. It is also of interest to note that in securing the copy of the Complaint from the court records, there was no indication that an Answer had been filed on behalf of any of the defendants.
