The O.D. of the tee and lateral covers shall determine which shall be used to secure them, wire or bands and the size of each to be used, as specified in paragraphs C2, C3, C4, and C5. 1.1 Tees and laterals shall be secured with a minimum of 3 wires or bands positioned as shown in figures 34 A & B.
