Box 7496 Birmingham Alabama 35223 Attention Mr. Wayne Killion Subject Georgia Power Corporation - Baxley Plant Gentlemen I received a report on the monitoring done by our personnel at the . subject location The report is as follows " The Manager of Health and Safety for Manville Construction Products Department Fred Vite made a survey of your Georgia Power plant site on March 27 1973. The following suggestions were made by Fred following his inspection of your job site 1. The table saw without a dust collection system should be eliminated 2. Position the dust collection system for the band saw outside of the fabrication shop 3 Install hand vacuum onto present dust collection system to clean the floor 4. Enclose the fabrication shop 5.
