These samples are not being counted in plant statistics. Dave Cox is writing a letter to explain why the results are questionable. David Hollis questioned several additional samples. Sub-Committee Progress Interlock and Alarm Setpoint - Incinerators, boilers and AMS Kill pots complete. Initiator freezers temperature alarms added to this list. Reactor instrumentation and dryers yet to do. Blinding - Progress noted on agenda. Make up and direction of this committee needs to be determined. Tools - DAM to document what we have done with chain falls and what we will do for other tools. Operations, Maintenance, Lab - Cause for the recent injury trends was discussed along with plans for emergency drills. The group decided to have a "Key Player" class for operating supervisors and guards to go over the 4 page summary. The session should be scheduled before any drills. Audits - delete this committee. Departmental Program Progress - No further discussion.
