acceptable customer voltages and conductor 9 loadings before and after contingencies?
under what contingencies and conditions were 10 customer outages tolerated; what "rules of

20 b. The number, size and location of substation and distribution transformers;
21 c. The number, size and location of distribution

23 d. The number, size and location of distribution capacitors.
24 3. Preparation and approval of Nevada Power's annual
25 capital budgets for the years 1965 through 1977 and for the year 1992 regarding distribution facilities, including transformers,
26 capacitors, feeders, substations, etc.
