The determination of whether breathing i6 restricted or impeded is to be made by the Plant physician, as i6 any subsequent medical examinations or tests. It iB also my understanding that if the Plant physician determines that the breathing apparatus doeB not restrict or impede breathing, no medical examination is advised.
