DELAY IN PERFORMANCE: Company shall not be liable for delay in performance due to (I) causes beyond its reasonable control, or (2) acts of God, arcs of Purchaser, prerequisite work by others, acts rtl civil or military authority, priorities, fires, strikes, or other labor disturbances, floods, epidemics, war, riot, delays in transportation or car shortages, or (3) inability to obtain or delay in obtaining, due in causes beyond its reasonable control, suitable labor, material, or facilities required for this contract. In the event of any such delay, the time of performance shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost by reason of the delay.
