Re: Dear Tony:
, vs. The Sherwin-Williams Company Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Case No. CV-276119
REDACTED
I received a voice mail message from attorney Pavlik,
counsel for I
in which he advised me that his client
is willing to settle his claim on the basis outlined in my last
letter to him. You will recall that we offered to settle this
claim by agreeing to process his claim under the non-industrial
plan. Assuming Sherwin-Williams continues to be interested in
such a settlement, I will prepare the necessary documents and
forward same to you for execution.
Obviously, I am quite pleased that we were able to resolve this matter on these terms 1
Very truly yours.
