In order to help minimize seal replace ments the following additional operations procedures will be started effective 4/11/85. 1. P-411A should only be used if P-411B or C are out for repair. 2. The practice that should be used to shut down loading on the last car of a rack is to: a. Shutdown the P-411's first. b.
