Victoloy Seamless (the flanged bottom layer at combustion openings is backed on the inside with an extra metallic flange); Double Overlap (both the top metal layer and the bottom metal layer are flanged around combustion openings, giving double protection); VICTOR QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP: Superior quality is inherent with Victor products,.! Raw materials meet strict specifications, machine production is under constant surveillance and finished, products pass rigid inspections. Each Victor gaske requires special tools made with skill and exactness.. The master tools of all are dies, intricately contrived, ac curately built and gauge-tested. Not one, but four o' more pairs of steel dies comprise the die set for a single metal-enclosed gasket pattern such as used in the automobile cylinder head. Different blanking dies are needed for the copper layers and the asbestos layer. There's another set for forming and still another for binding the assembled layers together. Once the'gasket is assembled and closed, no machining or other alteration is possible--hence the need for accuratedies. To preserve authenticity and insure accuracy,!
