E. Safety Instruction Contractor shall maintain an educational program which contains safety instructions as included herein, per the Contract Administra tor. and any special expertise safety require ments which are part of the job assignment. F. Orderliness Work areas must be kept clean and orderly, with cords and hoses routed across walkways in a manner that will present no tripping hazard. Materials, tools, and equipment must be stored in a stable position (tied, stacked, or chocked) to prevent rolling or falling. A njic accessway to all work areas must be main tained. Barricade all work and material equipment storage areas. G. Inspections and Testing 1. A work area check must be made daily at the beginning and end of each shift to insure safe conditions*, and to be sure that all flames are extinguished. 2. All applicable Federal.
