Enclosed is a copy of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency inspection report documenting the results of the CEI. A copy of this report has been forwarded to the TDEC. Enclosed is the EPA RCRA inspection report, which indicates that potential no deficiencies of RCRA were discovered during the inspection. A copy of this report has been forwarded to the TDEC.
