In the unhappy event Transamerica plans to go concrete, | would hope your people would try to get Mono-Kote on th pan j o is t assembly. Ue do have something going for us in that Spokane is a Zone TT seismic area and I understand their code requires a ductile frame for buildings over 160 feet which is quite rough for concrete. By using our pan jo is t system the savings of 18 pounds per square foot is quite sig n ific a n t in seismic designing. I realize th is is a whole lot of information but so often 1 have trouble getting information I thought I would give your salesmen something without being-asked for it .
