This survey is used by maintenance to locate and repair the listed VCM leaks and to determine fugitive VCM emissions. Attached is a list of the VCM leaks found in the 1991 survey. The 1991 survey located a total of 6 leaks. It was conducted during the weeks of December 16 and December 30 1991. All the leaks have been tagged and the list of the leaks have been given to the maintenance department. M. G. Pressure gauge on bleeder valve on VCM transfer pump PP-219. 4. 80 0.25 inch pressure gauge of rupture disc on south fresh VCM filter pack in the old module. 5. 110 0.25 inch pressure gauge on south end of fresh VCM filter pack. 6- 140 Cutoff Valve of highest sightglass on the south RVCM reciever.
