I*! ir HHHBMW^was operated on at Mayo Clinic for Lumbar Sympathetic Ganglionectomy in 1932, Cervical Sympathetic Ganglionectomy in 1933, and on account of still further trouble with the extremities, ampu tation of the left limb was performed in June 19 34, also at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota. Since that time his right foot has become again involved, and after examination at the Mayo Clinic June 9th and 10th, 1935, and because Mr. McDonnell was totally disabled and the tendency of the ulcers to recur in spite of treatment, an amputation of the right leg was advised. Mr. returned to Canton and in consultation with Dr. SchurreljTand. myself, was advised that Dr. Schuffell ana I con curred with the Mayo's recommendation.
