Minutes of Meeting of Executive Committee held June 28. 1953. Present: Messrs. Beschorman, Carter, Cornish, Rockwell Sidford and Thompson. The minutds of the meeting held June 14, 1933, were duly approved. On separate motions the following resolutions were each unanimously adopted. RESOLVED, that the sum of $7000. be and it hereby is appropriated for tne production of a moving picture for 1934 painters*"sales promotion work, in conformity with letter of Mr. Albert B. Tibbets, Manager, Sales Promotion department, dated June 23, 1933. RESOLVED, that the proposed expenditure of the sum of $633.50 by The Canada Metal Company, Ltd., in addition to turn-in allowance on old car replaced, for the purchase of a Plymouth coach for the use of Winnipeg salesman, in conformity with letter of Mr. G. F. Allen, Vice President, dated June 22, 1933, be and it hereby is approved. RESOLVED, that the proposed expenditure of the sum of $430. by National-Boston Lead Company, in addition to turn-in allowance on old car replaced, for the purchase of a Ford Tudor car for salesman, in conformity with letter of Mr. A. H. Brodrick, President, dated June 26, 1933, be and it hereby is approved. RESOLVED, that the proposed expenditure of the sum of $8765. by Titanium Pigment Co., Inc. for the purchase and installation of an acidproof filter and accessory equipment at its St. Louis Plant, in conformity with letter of Mr. A. S. Moses, General Manager, dated June 28, 1933, be and it hereby is approved. N 1225 RESOLVED, that the various depositaries of this Company be and they hereby are authorized and directed on and after this 28th day of June, 1935, to honor checks or drafts upon the funds of the Company on deposit with them, respectively, when signed in the name of this Company by Edward J. Cornish as Chairman of the Board or^Fred M. Carter as President or by William C. Beschorman as Vice President or by Fletcher W. Rockwell or II. Douglas Cole as Acting Vice President, any one of them, with Charles Simon as Treasurer or Henry 0. Bates as UA Assistant Treasurer or M. Douglas Cole as Acting Assistant Treasurer, any one of them, the signatures of two of said officers to be required in every case; this authorization . superseding all previous authorizations with respect to^bank accounts carried with said depositaries. RESOLVED, that effective on and after this 28th day of June, 1933, access to the safe standing in the name of this Company in the vaults of The Chase Safe Deposit Company, 115 Broadway, New York City, (No. 176 - Section 14) shall, subject to the rules and regulations of said The Chase Safe Deposit Company, be by/Edward J.
