To: Department Managers General Foremen Bulletin Boards Date: 1/9/74 SPECIAL NOTICE Subj ect: VOLUNTARY BLOOD TEST PROGRAM We are happy to announce that we have been able to make arrangements for periodic blood tests for all General Chemical Plant employees on a voluntary basis. We hope everyone will take advantage of this opportunity. St. Joseph Hospital personnel will be here to handle all the sampling and testing. The sampling will be done in Conference Room "A" from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on January 15, 1974 through January 18, 1974; January 22, 1974 through January 25, 1974; and January 29, 1974 through February 1, 1974. Persons being tested may not eat or drink anything for eight hours prior to the sampling. Following the sampling, however, some nourishment will be provided. Your supervisor will contact you to determine if you wish to participate in this program, and will later notify you of your scheduled time for the test. WTG/ecw W. T.
