My unwillingness to travel, at present, is due largely to the fact that I am bothered considerably by ocular cataracts which will be attended to in due course. I am not wholly free of certain other impairments, but these I could ignore, largely, if my vision was not so impaired as to make unaccompanied travel a very uncertain affair. I am not working, naturally, ata very high level of accomplishment; but I shall improve my performance as soon as my opthalmologist decides to take care of my ocular disability, for I think the cataracts are not complicated by any other difficulty. If I can manage to keep in touch with the general situation, I should be able to get back into fairly good functioning before long. I should be glad, therefore, if you would let me know of your doings or of relevant activities of others which come to your attention.
