I also saved it in case you want me to forward it to you via VMX. 1st VMX - September 9 I am responding to Bill's request for the review of the Phase I Environmental Assessment and I have my comments I wanted to get to him through you. Yea, I agree that Alcoa Building Services can provide access and the floors that I recommend are the Lobby level, 2nd floor, 5th floor, 15th floor, 21st floor, 30 and 31. I would propose to open all those areas up on a Friday afternoon; my guys would complete sometime Friday night, and that the Environmental Assessment would begin on Saturday so that those areas would be open they could complete their sampling on Saturday and my guys would come back in Sunday morning and reinstall all those panels and light fixtures. We would open up an area in those offices and corridors on those individual floors of about 4' square - enough room to get a body up there and comfortably get up and do what they have to do to in terms of getting a sampling done. Trying to think of what the heck else I want to tell you...the estimate is that it would take us about an hour and a half per floor with the exception of the lobby which will take a half hour to open. I've got two carpenters working so it should take about four and half to five hours to open all those areas up on Friday. We would begin to open those areas up about 5:00 in the afternoon and complete the work around 9:30 - 10:00 at night. An electrician would work along with them to lower the fixtures and about a half hour to get the lobby panel down and we would do that near the high rise elevator banks. I should get up under there and see what the heck is up under the ceiling.... above the ceiling, I'm sorry. We can do this on a couple days notice although it would help if I had a week to schedule. I plan to use, again, two carpenters and one electrician and I'll be in the building as well during the time that they do the work, get the space opened up and get it buttoned back up on the following Sunday. So Bill, if you need anything else, let me know but we're perfectly capable of handling it for you and only await your instruction and I think the proposal looks very good. Thank you. One is, I think seven floors are more than sufficient in terms of sampling for those items that Bill had referenced in the Environmental Assessment proposal and two, I would propose to not only open up a four square foot area on each one of those floors but also give access in the corridors. We got access panels out there and that's a five minute job to open those up but to open those access panels so they can not only take a look at occupied office space but take a look at what's happening in the corridors because there's alot of duck work, and piping and unistruct so we'll give them two areas of access on each floor 4 square foot and office area and open one or two access panels in the corridors. We could probably get away with just one and I'll probably open that up right outside the #1 stairwell so that I have two locations on every floor with the exception of 31 and the first floor Thanks much.
