Dear Ed:
At the request of Mr. Robert Whittle of Mlehaus Interiors I Inspected tholr application of our firoproofing material Mono Koto on the above Job. As you are aware In several areas this rtatorfal has been left exposed and has eroded to some degree. There are also several areas where mat erial has been ronoved by othor trades to make atTachncnt to a structural member.
In general the application appears to be fine, hwever, the areas that have been eroded need to be ropalred to bring It up to the roqulred thickness.
Mono Kote I Iko any Gypsum based plaster material should not bo left exposed to weather as It can be washed away. This however should not hurt the ultimate performance of our mater I a I.
Nlehaus Interiors has had a groat deal of experience In applying our material and are very qualified In this field.
If you desire any further Information from us please let me know.
