Bill Sievert called from San Francisco stating that Mr. Frank: Flodin, Superintendent of the Coast Oil Company, a jobber of Stockton, California, had called him on the telephone yesterday, regarding Mr. Mexican laborer, who was reported to be ill subsequent to the cleaning of four 7500 barrel tanks in Stockton, California. Previous reports on this matter have been sent to you. Mr. Flodin reported to Mr. Sievert that Mr. been back to work for the Coast Oil Company but was complaining that he did not feel well. He stated that he was having trouble! sleeping at night and that he didn*t seem to be able to get enough air. Mr. Flodin says that Mr.^flfafethas been doing very little work on account of his reported illness and that he has changed from, his original doctor to Dr. Alexandre Barron, whose address is 105 E.
