The equipment is over 30 years old. Removal of the insulation is scheduled to start on June 20, 1988, with completion on June 27, 1988. All asbestos containing material will be removed using the glove bagging procedure. The insulation will be sealed in properly labeled impermeable plastic lags prior to removal from the area. Procedures to be employed during removal, clean-up, and disposal will conform to the l quirements in 40 CFR 61.147 and 61.152. All asbestos containing materials removed will be disposed at Gulf Coast Waste Disposal Authority, Loop 197, Texas City, Texas. Yours very truly, A.
