When an employee refuses specialist evaluation neces sary to establish a diagnosis, site management cannot verify the diagnosis nor determine the degree of disability present. ( Medical Division concurs that without specialist evaluation site management should not accept responsibility for the causation of the illness, determine the degree of disability, nor enter the case on the OSHA log.
