Alvin (Al) Mead, starting July 1, as Vice President of Finance and Administration of both LIA and ZI. Al comes to us from Airco where he was responsible for analysis of commercial viability Of ongoing technical programs, evaluation of new investments and computerized financial modeling. Previously, Al was with Exxon and holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from Lehigh University. Reporting to Al will be Mrs. Dorothy L. Moore, Controller, Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Secretary; Mr. Reza Assadi, Manager of Association Services, and Ms. Helen L. Wilbur, Librarian. Al1s initial assignment is to become thoroughly familiar with our operations during the 1980 budgeting process.
