ABDOO110016 VCM Tank Farm HAZOP Team and Distribution PHA Steering Team April 19, 1994 VCM Tank Farm HAZOP Recommendations Review The PHA steering team has reviewed the VCM Tank Farm HAZOP report. The HAZOP team did a thorough investi gation and the report was clear and complete. All the ranked recommendations have been assigned for either further analysis or implementation. The recommendation list with responsibility and target completion date is attached. We may need some additional help from some team members in order to completely understand and resolve some recommendations. Feel free to contact the re sponsible party to offer suggestions or to find out implementation status. We will issue the recommend ation status list periodically.
