N1 3of4 PUTTING LIQUID MR BACK IN THE SYSTEM 1. The EC foreman will set up extra coverage at the Elliott air compressors when Liquid Air is to be put back in the system. 2. The day that Liquid Air will put back in, Liquid Air and the EC foreman will coordinate a time for putting the Liquid Air back in. ( On backshift or weekends, the shift supervisor will coordinate the time.) 3. The time that Liquid Air will be put bad: in the system will be reported at the morning meeting. 4. Thirty minutes prior to putting Liquid Air in, the EC lead operator will notify all Plant E control rooms over the red phone. 5. The EC lead operator will contact Liquid Air via the hotline. The EC lead operator or E operator will also be in constant contact with the air compressor operator over the white phone & the consumers over the red phone. ( Air compressor #2685 ) The air compressor operator will begin unloading one of the compressors as Liquid Air puts in to our system. Note: Per/Tri needs to verify that their block valve is open.
