The work of the com mittees covers all phases of Amer ican industrial development and m atters relating to business gen erally. Most of the committees will prepare form al reports for submis sion to tho association's Congress of American Industry in December. Depending upon the scope oftheir work, the committees range In size from as few as ten members to more than fifty. More than 500 m anufacturers and other business men participate annually in tho committees' work.
