Y. 10017 Dear Jerry: In accordance with your letter of April 8 and the request of Dr. Radtke in the attached letter of agreement of April 3, I am returning four copies of the latter, duly executed by the Board of Directors of the University. We have made the necessary copies of the executed agreement for the files of the Dean of the College of Medicine, the Acting Director of the Laboratory and our own files, so that all is in order. I return the copies through your office so that you will know the status of the matter. I think I should say to you, for such action as you may think desirable, that when the time comes to consider any extension of this agreement into future years, if my suggestion of a continuation should seem worthy of consideration, it might be wise, or at least acceptable, for me to appear and discuss the matter as I see it. There may be further developments between now and that time, and in any case it is possible that my view of the matter might have some weight.
