Staplston - ciNA Attached is a statsment of ths decisions that have Been made to cover Monsanto Industrial Chemicals Company plans with respect to future sales of PCB's end polychlorinated terphenyls. Our Legal Department has approved the attached statement, end it is my understanding that you have also approvsd it. We are sending you several copies so that you may make any distribution of it you may deem necessary at the corporate level of the company. At the present time we are working closely with the Legal Department to complete the final wording of the various notifications that will be going to our cuetoners ee we take actions to implement the de cisions. w.
