Hi Sydney, I would like to set a meeting with Administrator Pruitt at his convenience to discuss some of the challenges we are facing at Sanitation District #1 in Northern Kentucky. We have a very good working relationship with our District 4 representatives as well as our State regulators and I believe they do their very best to balance the challenges of enforcing the Clean Water Act with affordability issues in our community. As a former Board Member of SD1 and a businessman in Northern Kentucky, I am very interested in accomplishing the shared goals of the EPA and our community, however, I believe the ground mles for accomplishing these goals are too vague and don't allow for enough certainty, specifically as it relates to post construction Wet Weather Quality Standards. Please let me know when might be a good time to meet with Mr. Pruitt and I will make every effort to accommodate. Thanks very much in advance for your help.
