Robert Princiotto, Esq. appearing), on notice to all URL 2 2 3 4 2 counsel of record, and all counsel of record appearing, on motion and cross-motion for the entry of an order granting certain discovery and discovery relief, and the Court having reviewed the moving papers and heard the oral argument of counsel, IT IS on this day of , 1987 ORDERED as follows: 1. Plaintiff is directed to provide to Tompkins, McGuire & Wachenfeld an executed Medical Records Authoriza tion in the form provided to plaintiff within five days. All parties are directed to follow the procedures set forth in Stemoler v. Speidell, 100 N.J. 368 (1985), with recard to these Authorizations. 2. Plaintiff having represented throuah counsel that all documents sought by Notice for Production have already been provided, defendants' application on this issue is moot. 3. The Court, by Judge Mandak, also on December 19, 1986, having made determinations governing plaintiff's Interrogatories which will be the subject of a separate order, those determinations are dispositive of defendants' application for an extension of the tine to answer those Interrogatories, and of plaintiffs's application to compel answers. 4. Plaintiff and defendants, through counsel, having conferred on the subject of more specific answers to 2- - Interrogatories, and pursuant to the terms of that agreement, plaintiff shall provide more specific answers to the follow ing Interrogatories served by Tompkins, McGuire & Wachenfeld within thirty days of December 19, 1986: Questions 4(d), 5(c), 9, 12, 26, 27, 29, 30, 32, 34, 38, 44(f), (g), (h) and (m), 51, 56, 57, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, and 70. 5. Also pursuant to the agreement of counsel, defendants reserve their right to seek more specific answers to the following Interrogatories served by Tompkins, McGuire & Wachenfeld, in the course of case management: Questions 36, 37, 40, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 52 and 64, also, ques tions 5(a) and (b), 14, 15, 33, 41, 44(a) through (e) and (i) through (1) and 71.
