But we are told that some of these are grab 5 measurements, and I assume that some of them are integrated 6 measurements. 7 The authors have put a quality on each of these 8 measurements to find, at the bottom of the table, one is 9 excellent, two is good, three is acceptable, four is 10 questionable. And we're not sure what that means, either. 11 But, they then arbitrarily, for the purposes of 12 translating these measurements to table 7-2, average all data 13 with a rating of three or lower to come up with exposure 14 estimates by rural, remote, urban, suburban, or source areas. 15 And they do tell us in that table how many 16 measurements were involved. Now, if you compare table 1 and 17 table 2, there are just very, very few categories of high 18 numbers. 19 And these tend to be one day measurements. Due 20 to the ratings of three or lower from table 7-1, those 21 numbers have been carried forward. In other vrords> they've used the 22 base of the quality of;, the data 'rather* than- the'base of time.-.;- So-.that' 23 'numbers that ray represent very short duration are going to have an extra 24 ordinary effect on the,outccme because of their high numerical value.
