Please find attached a Proposal to provide asbestos management services for the removal of asbestos-containing materials in the CAT and Gas Department Control Rooms identified in the Asbestos Survey conducted by Technology Serving People, Inc. in June of 1990.
This Proposal is based on estimated man-hours to complete essential elements of the design specifications package and on-site project monitoring. A more detailed Scope of Work including Contractor Selection Process, Project Schedules, etc. is required to provide a more detailed proposal.

Technology Serving People, Inc. will provide the following asbestos management services for the abatement of asbestos-containing materials in the Control Rooms in the CAT Cracker and Gas Department:
I. On-site asbestos investigation for design specifications
Two (2) men / ten (10) hours @ $65.00/hour

II. Preparation of National Institute of Building Standards (NIBS) Asbestos Specifications Package ft v
One (1) man / forty (40) hours @ $65.00/hour
