Shan Tsai has identified William Wu as the President of US operations. Shan will be making the initial contact with him via telephone. That will happen within the coming week. Stu/Patsy, I talked to William Wu, president of China Oil, U.S.A and VP- PetroChina. He attended the API meeting 2 weeks ago in Washington and is "vaguely" aware that a group of 5 companies are funding a study in China. He will be in Houston for 2 meetings in November 14-16 and would like to visit us to learn more about the Shanghai benzene study. Are you available?
