Maksimuk investigated and observed window(s) covered with over-spray craft paper indicating a painting project may be underway. Maksimuk observed the front door wide open with the contractor working inside. The contractor was Lucas Hoskinson of On-Point Contracting LTD. Mr. Hoskinson stated he just finished prep/painting the interior. He was vague about other activities which may have included an interior remodel. However, the interior of the house was very clean and no construction debris or paint chips were present. Mr. Hoskinson stated he was not aware of the RRP Rule.
