Under date of April J, 1955 we mailed you a letter and its attachment. Factory Mutual Laboratories Report No. 11864 dated July 1, 1951, revised March 23, 1953> which stated the conditions under which Corrulux could be used for skylights and windows in the plants of the United States Steel Corporation. Since then we have received an inquiry from one of our sub sidiaries, regarding the use of Resolite for the same purpose. Resolite is a product similar in most respects to Corrulux and has the same advantages over glass as those outlined for Corrulux in our letter of April 7, 1955* referred to above. The Insurance Bureau of the United States Steel Corporation has approved the use of Resolite, for skylights and windows, under the same conditions as those governing the use of Corrulux. Information concerning Resolite, if desired, should be obtained from the manufacturer, Resolite Corporation, Zelienople, Pa. or his distributor Elwin G. Smith & Co., Williams Street, Emsworth, Pittsburgh 2, Pa. We would appreciate being advised of your reaction in regard to the possible use of this material, and of any contemplated application. There may be similar products, with varying trade names, appearing from time to time and we would appreciate your advising us as you hear of same} we will, in turn, keep you informed about them.
