On or about September 1, 2022, I, a duly authorized representative of EPA, conducted an inspection of Edenbridge Pharmaceuticals, LLC located at 169 Lackawanna Avenue, Suite 110, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054. This inspection was performed pursuant to Section 3007 of RCRA, 42 U.S.C. 6927, to evaluate your compliance with RCRA. Attached you will find a copy of the inspection report I prepared. Although several RCRA regulatory concerns were identified by EPA during the inspection (See Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN), you assured the EPA inspector during the inspection that those concerns would be addressed and satisfactorily remediated as soon as possible after the inspection.
