Plaintiffs shall immediately provide an authoriza tion to defendants authorizing them to collect the medical records of plaintiffs' decedents. Copies of any medical records collected shall be furnished to plaintiff. 2. Responses to interrogatories, requests to produce and requests to admit are due sixty days after service unless a shorter time is ordered by the Court. Extension s may be obtained pursuant to stipulation of the parties or order of the Court, 3. Plaintiffs shall designate those lay witnesses which plaintiffs expect may testify at trial on or before February 16, 1987. 4. Defendants shall designate those lay witnesses which defendants expect may testify at trial on or before April 1, 1987. 5. Defendants shall designate those expert witnesses which defendants expect may testify at trial on or before June 1, 1987. 6. At least fifteen days notice shall be given before any deposition. 7. An order of this Court is required before a videotape deposition shall be noticed. In the event such a deposition shall be sought, the procedures for conducting the deposition shall be agreed to by consultation by the parties, or established by the Court, prior to the issuance of an order permitting the deposition. In the event a videotape deposition is sought, the opposing party shall be given an opportunity to conduct a discovery deposition prior to the hearing on the motion for leave to take a videotape deposition. If any expert report has been prepared, that report shall be provided to the opposing party(s) at least fourteen days prior to the deposition; fourteen days before the deposition, a list of any published authorities the expert may rely upon in forming his opinions must be provided to those parties who have noticed the deposition. 9.
