Hethod Blank : PC-143 was not present in any of the laboratory blanks. B. Surrogate Recoveries s All samples were re-extracted and reanalyzed as a corrective action for poor spike recoveries observed in the original work.. C. Matrix Spiks Results All re-extracted samples met acceptable.QC limits. Matrix spike results have been reported with this contract along with the laboratory control sample (blank spike) results. The analytical system was not in control for original extractions performed on 05/24/93. Spike recoveries were back. to normal for the re-extractions performed on 06/01/93. V.
