X-ray reports could be reviewed for 1) any statement that findings were consistent or suggestive of asbestosis, 2) review for descriptions which might suggest asbestosis eg. a) pleural calcifications, b) fibrosis in lower lung fields, f am in agreement with your calling Dr. Hulett.
